The Comprehensive Maryland Real Estate Prelicensing Program is Broken Up into Two Phases: 

The purpose of this phase is to get you your Maryland Real Estate License in the quickest and easiest way possible by making sure that you pass both the in-classroom and licensure exam the very first time! 

I have used my experience as real estate instructor for 13+ years, a real estate broker, and more importantly as a new member orientation instructor for 5+ years of every new real estate agent in Montgomery County, MD and Washington D.C. to create this program.

This program has been created systematically to break down the material in the simplest manner so that you can easily understand and remember it forever!  The way that I do this is through the presentation of the material and the additional materials that I provide to you. 

Accelerated Learning Technique

In this program, I exclusively use the accelerated learning technique that I personally learned by T. Harv Eker himself, the author of the "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind".  

 We strictly us the advanced learning techniques to make sure that you not only understand the material but will be able to remember it.  This is through the use of repetition & stories that give clarity to the material.

This is by far the most advanced technique possible used by top trainers around the world, so that you learn in the fastest and easiest way possible to both have fun and retain the information.

Students MUST attend ALL of the following dates

January 25, 26, 27 - 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
January 30 & 31 - 9:30 am to 8:00 pm
February 2 & 3 - 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
February  6 &7 - 9:30 am to 8:00 pm
February 13 - review and final exam - 9:30 am to 8:00 pm

Class location: Due to the pandemic COVID-19, our real estate classes are temporarily to be offered via distance learning (online conference meeting) until further notice. Details on how to join the conference will be sent to your email prior to the class date.

Requirements For The Program:

• 18 Years Old & Above

• No Criminal Records

• Official Transcript of High School Diploma/GED or University/College Degree (must be submitted before the first day of the class, email it to stephanie@rempower.com) 

This Program is Not for Individuals who are trying to Receive their Reciprocity MD Real Estate License, and Presently Have a Real Estate License in Another Jurisdiction!
